SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY


The Executive Office Seating consumer returns and cancellation policy does not effect your statutory rights and complies with "The consumer protection ( distance selling ) regulations 2000" All goods must be checked and counted before being signed for. In the event the delivery is received short in quantity, damaged or the box scuffed/ dented, the couriers proof of delivery should be signed accordingly. Please note the courier company will not accept any claims for goods signed for in " good condition ".

Damages must be reported in writing/email within 24 hours, the courier company will not accept claims outside of this period. In cases of damages or defects on products under warranty, we will supply replacement components free of charge.

In the event of a product needing to be refunded.We will refund the cost of the product less the collection cost which we will advise you of prior to collection.

We will not refund any service charges related to the delivery.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting. Should the courier mislay your goods - we are only responsible for the goods after we receive them.

Delivery covers mainline uk ( excluding Scottish Highlands and Grampian ) For prices and lead times of carriage for the Highlands'Grampian, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland please contact our sales office.



For re-delivery a charge of €15 may be incurred.
